Excellent service with friendly efficient staff. Was able to check in a bit early which was much appreciated. Amenities are basic- could do with drawers as well as a room fridge and phone. No body lotion face cloths or tissues and average quality towels and sheets. Lots of usb/c- type ports & power outlets though. Nicely renovated rooms but form has triumphed over function Eg side tables compliment room design but are small so things fall off and have no drawers . Contact room service and general inquiries is made through accessing a QR code to a website. Absolutely need a device with you. Well set up for business travellers with space to work. Overall good value for £ in comparison.

Excellent hotel, near to underground stations. The staff is very kind ; John help me always when i need something. I was a group leader for a group of 30 people; and he always help us with our needs. The food in the breakfast and the bar is so good. A good option to stay in London

Awesome and Renovated Hotel in a Quiet Part of London

Beautifully renovated room (the hotel is actively renovating now) and kind service. They let me check in early in the AM despite a 3pm checkin! Comfortable, new, and a beautiful view of the surrounding areas. Salim, my checkin clerk was fast and very courteous. Perfect service!

Was surprised to realize the hotel is so well communicated both with Heathrow airport and London city center. Underground station linking both is within short walking distance from the hotel. Hotel itself is under reconstruction but actual impact on guests' wellbeing is very low and not even worth mentioning. Staff is very nice and helpful. Corridors are very clean and quiet. It is quite hard recently to find a hotel where you don't hear elevators, closing doors or habits of other guests. Room has basic features but nothing is missing maybe apart from a drawer where one could store clothes. Loved the safe. Big one and easy to use. Bed was super comfy. Slept like a baby. Restroom not missing anything, liked as well assuming you can like your restroom. WiFi worked perfectly fine. Breakfasts are served from 6:30. British standard. Didn't like the scrambled eggs though. Not sure actually if eggs were used in the production 🫣 Everything else was ok though. There is a night bar as well. Never managed to get there but each time I passed by it was full so must be cool as well. Looking forward to return there next time I am in London
