Great location in town centre with easy access to many restaurants and the train station. The room was a good size and very clean. I did not have the breakfast on this occasion but know from prior stays it is good value. All staff were pleasant and Gema on reception was very helpful.

Great central location, would love to stay here again.

Lovely, clean room, surprisingly quiet for a city centre location. Only a five minute walk from the station, and near all the shops and restaurants. The IBIS is next-door to a Novotel and you can use their restaurant for meals and drinks, and it also sells snacks like crisps and sweets out of hours. I think the IBIS only offers breakfast but they do have a 24-hour pizza service which I think is an excellent option if you are travelling with children and don't want to leave the hotel. As a coeliac, I appreciated the GF options such as cereals and fruit at breakfast. A member of staff wasn't able to guarantee there had been no cross-contamination with the cooked food but I appreciate that sort of honesty because as a coeliac it's awful feeling ill when away from home. So I supplemented my breakfast with GF options from a nearby M&S foodhall, where you can buy GF pastries and porridge. The staff were great, with a particularly helpful receptionist this morning - I was looking for particular shops and she looked out the directions for me. Would definitely like to stay here again. The Staffs are Amazing, good customer service, serene environment. I would definitely love to come back here again on my next visits ✌🏾 The breakfast was nice , room service came on time for cleaning and the bar drinks were great……………………..

The rooms are always clean, pillows could be a bit harder sometimes they are too soft. Staff are always welcoming and I like that we can leave our bags before/after check-in/check-out.

Coach Trip, overnight stay.

I was part of a coach trip with an overnight stay at the Ibis. The two staff on reception handled all of our coach party very well at check in . Two small lifts which eventually arrived, as there were a alot of us with suitcases. For the rest of my stay I used the stairs. The room is small and functional with all requirements, plenty of coffee and tea. My room was clean and the shower was clean but had an odd smell. I had a very good night sleep. Breakfast was nice with a good selection. All breakfast staff helpful and friendly. The dining area was clean and tidy. I didnt eat in the evening as there was only pizza on offer. I was too tired to go out and about looking for somewhere to eat. Good place just for an overnight stay.
