Very close to Lille station. Clean and comfortable. Small bar area and friendly. Only one loft working so being on the 11th floor took a while when it was busy and think curtains, not an issue at this time of year but in the summer would be an issue for me. Good value for money and comfortable. Overall a good experience

One of the best Accor Hotels I am staying. Every time I go to Lille, this is where I would stay. Lovely, friendly and welcoming staff. Amazing. I go there 2 - 3 times a year, only because I feel like being on holidays when I stay over there. I am looking forward to my next stay in March 2024, then December 2024, or may be another one in year 2024. I am amazed by the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms. Thank you team for your welcome. See you soon.

Okay hotel but got exploited on the price

Our stay was okay, the staff friendly enough, room/suite comfortable, decent breakfast and worth the usual Eur 150 per night. A very average 4 star hotel. However, Novotel decided to increase the rate to Eur 476 (over 3 times the usual rate) for the Saturday and Sunday nights knowing they could exploit those guests who were there for the Rugby World Cup. Complete exploitation of people who had no other option and not even a hint of adding something extra to pacify us (not even the offer of a free drink/snacks at the bar etc). We expected higher rates but not over x3 and it leaves us disappointed and will never use Novotel again. Pros - just outside Eurostar station, close to town centre, good size room, Nespresso machine in room, microwave in room, walk in shower, aircon, a table and sofa in room, reasonable self service breakfast Cons - had aircon limited effect when warm outside, separate toilet a bit smelly, carpets in room and corridor looked like they need cleaning/replacing, limited hanging space a very few hangers, no glasses cups or cutlery in room other than flimsy disposable paper cups and little wooden stirers (not exactly 4 star), poor seating art the breakfast area, sausages and scrambled eggs at breakfast were poor

A very clean hotel that is very close to the city center. There are a million things to do there so being only a short walk away is exceptional. Also very close to car rentals and the train stations! As an American, the staff is comfortable speaking English as well.
