In a recent new stay, I reevaluate the hotel, keeping the same previous opinion of a good location considering the interest in the region to be visited in the city of Sao Paulo .In other respects, I took the unfortunate of precarious attendance, with rude staff, temporally to a disastrous checkin: misinformation, lack of sympathy, devaluation of the guest. The Mercure brand, linked to the Accor chain, translates into strict customer service in several hotels that I have had the opportunity to stay in, which makes me excited to select the hotels of the group, as well as strongly suggest to others who ask me for guidance hosting. This unit does not represent the group. There are other miscellaneous options in the region .

This hotel is terrible. I am staying here in business. I was first put in a room that had bugs all over including bed. Then I was moved to a dark and dingy room. My bathroom is leaking and tv not working. I tried to change rooms but was not possible. I don't reccomend this Hotel for personal or business. I'm very frustrated and wish I had the option to leave but timing doesn't make sense. Thanks Jana

Average hotel in São Paulo

First visit to São Paulo and even to Brazil...well, I went to a conference, and this was the recommended hotel. The hotel was average...the breakfast was ok, nothing special, the service of the restaurant was really bad.

I had to stay for more than 15 days, our stay was very good, to improve I would suggest a few things: (1 The wlakies talkies of the cleaning and maintenance staff can be adjusted to a lower volume as they are overly loud, beyond (2) After a long stay at the hotel, the ideal would be to facilitate the stay, not only to inform that the hotel would be crowded and should leave the place, without (3) The refectory during the cold was a refrigerator, because the walls are glass and without any type of heating, extremely uncomfortable during breakfast. Positively highlight the excellent food of the self-service lunch and the attendance of food of 24 hours, presentation, taste and quality. The courtesy of the reception desk is to be commended.

Terrible Hotel for any International Traveler

Hello Travelers, I am staying in this Hotel and I am really pissed off with services and probably, I will move out. This is first time I had selected AccorHotel Group. My experience is totally shattered. Please get some complaints related points below: > Being 4 star hotel, there should be 24/7 multilingual support on reception but in really, they only speak Portuguese 2/3 or a day. As per hotel website, they support English. In Emergency, there is no one to support. > This morning, there is no hot water supply in bathroom. I tried to reach reception but they couldn't understand me because they don't speak or understand English. > Housekeeping: Bed Sheets and quilt covers should be changed properly but most of the time, I found out that they don't change it and you need to ask for change. It is really you expect from AccorHotel Group? > There are Ants in my room everywhere. Today, I had wore my suiting and later, I got to know that Ants were inside. I can't do anymore because I reached office. > Hotel Manager is not reachable anytime. Well, I am going to publish an article on AccorHotel on their services and will make sure my corporate should block you from their preferred hotel list. Thanks Pawan DIDWANI +49-1743085597
