Disappointing cleanliness

This was out first stay at an Ibis hotel. It was disappointing to see poor levels of cleanliness and dried blood on the wall of the bathroom. The window also had black mould all over its top vent. The staff did move us rooms, but the next room had mould along the window too, I understand that it's a budget option, but this should it affect hygiene.

房間設計非常之差，浴室位置完全沒有設施掛衣服跟毛巾，衣服只能擺在床上，等待洗澡完畢後等家人或朋友遞入毛巾或衣服，極之不便。浴室玻璃門就有一個孔，由於沒有看守鎖頭的關係，洗澡的時候水亦會有機會淺出外面地下。水時冷時熱。 洗手盆在廁所出面。如果跟朋友一起旅遊的時候漱口就不太方便，感覺不雅。加上水會容易四周淺出，變得四周圍都會容易弄濕，洗手盆淤塞，去水很慢。房間沒有足夠地方掛衣服。沒有水杯，熱水壺 ，也沒有牙膏牙刷供應。風筒要問reception取。 酒店早餐，若果訂酒店時同時間訂早餐的話，就會加收六磅幾一個人。如果第二朝想食早餐才加早餐的話，收費就會是八磅半一個人。不過這裏早餐不吃也罷了～沒什麼好吃！就連一隻雞蛋🥚、香腸、煙肉也沒有。寧願在外面吃都是差不多價錢都會比酒店豐富飽肚。 開車來的朋友，駛入酒店旁邊的停車場2樓，泊車後，進入出口搭𨋢，按6字就是酒店的reception，記得向職員登記自己車牌。不然，離開酒店就會收取費用。 總括而言，若果跟朋友住三人房間的話，就非常之不方便～

Stayed here for 1 night whilst attending a gig at the Hydro. Location is great for this! Short walk away. Places to eat nearby too. Free parking which is good for Glasgow, although the signs are confusing as it states ‘no overnight parking’. Staff were friendly and helpful. I was aware that this was a budget hotel when I booked it but being budget shouldn’t mean being unclean. The floor, although it was hoovered was dirty and sticky. Not nice. Bed sheets etc were clean and bed was comfy, shower was also good. The free tea and coffee facilities downstairs sounds good in principle but there were no clean cups/glasses. With 3 members of staff behind reception, this shouldn’t be the case. I paid nearly £100 for the room, definitely not worth that! I would prob stay again if I got a rate of £60 and under.

Great location for restaurants and the ovo hydro. Comfy beds and nice hot shower. Unfortunately it is more like a hostel. It is a budget hotel but we paid nearly £100 for the night. I’m afraid it is not worth that and being budget shouldn’t mean that it lacks cleanliness. Stains on dirty floor. No clean cups at reception for tea and coffee. Staff all nice and friendly but would only stay here again if we could get it at a ‘budget price’.

We stayed in a triple room double bed and bunk bed. The reception staff were very friendly on arrival and there 24/7 which is good. Has lift access and the card access to get to rooms so only guests can get to rooms. The room was small but suitable for what we needed. It was clean good temperature. Lights a little confusing to work out but got there. TV has good channels on. Shower was nice and warm good pressure. Need to be good friends with people you stay with as little privacy but suitable for us. The top bunk didn't get made when house keeping came in and didn't get a fresh towel had to go to reception to get a clean towel. The ladder is steep to bunk bed and metal so slippy not suitable for children as could fall. Would be nice to had tea coffee in room. Great location been a 5 min walk from shields Road subway you can get around Glasgow easy. Will definitely be staying again if I need to stay in Glasgow.
