We had a very warm welcome with some sweets and fruit in our room. The service was always very friendly. The dinner in the restaurant was excellent especially the service. We had a very nice stay. Gym was well equipped. We will probably come back again.

Very nice hotel, central located in Greenwich. Access to Trains (DLR etc.) directly beside the hotel and you can reach London City within 20 minutes. Extensive breakfast buffet and very polite reception (24/7). Merely rooms a little bit out of time but ok for short trip. All in all definitely a strong recommendation and we will come back for our next London trip.

Location was spot on. Have good connectivity to central London. Walkable distance all nearby Greenwich attractions. Hotel is safe with all facilities. Family room was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Restaurant at the reception was good as well. Enjoyed the stay.

Great experience, will come back again. Staff was really friendly and they have good customer service. Especially Noël was really friendly and made sure I received my food quickly. Everything was perfect and I can definitely recommend the Novotel London Greenwich.

Nice hotel, located straight next to train station with direct trains to central London. windows are well soundproof as you cannot hear trains, even they running under your window. Rooms are great, separate toilet from bathroom is big plus. Bathroom had bath and shower which is another plus. As we stayed only for one night, we did not use any bar/restaurant, but I believe, it would be as good as room Staff very friendly from reception through F/B, maintenance to housekeeping. Everyone with smile and ready to help. Special mention to Alex, who helped us with parking before our stay and also for bringing all additional stuff which was missing in rooms. Will definitely stay again.
