3 star hotel at the best. Pros: - good location Cons - expensive for its standard - no single usb socket in the room. Which is a standard nowadays. - very small room - no complimentary soap, and other hygiene items beside basic stuff (soap, and shampoo) - unable to control lights beside one main switch and two bed lamps(no separate toilet switch) - no complimentary water , just two wmpty bottles for what I assume is for drinking station, but couldn’t find one

I was a bit disappointed with the rather dry welcome by the receptionist. The room was very well cleaned. Shower was very nice. Really disappointed that a 4 star, no iron was available in the room . Had to go to a lower floor. Breakfast was very good . Again disappointed about the check out with a very robotic farewell .

This hotel is ideally located for a visit around Warsaw. Room was great, quiet and amazing pillows and all the amenities you would expect apart from not having iron/board in the room which surprised me for a hotel with 4 star rating. But ironing rooms on 3 floors at your convenience. Breakfast was great and lots of choice. And this is a first for me: a butter vending type machine. Brilliant! Staff very welcoming and no request was a bother. Nice restaurants and funky bars within walking distance. Will return!

Good class Hotel but staff need Customer Service training

Good hotel in city centre. Stayed here before always in a Superior room with breakfast included. Room large and comfortable with arguably the best shower I have ever had. Towels are worn however and really need to be replaced as this is a 4 * hotel.Breakfasts were good but scrambled eggs were at best Luke warm. There is an omelette station which was good. Staff not the best , looking disinterested and indifferent to customers queries Twice I asked a receptionist to call me a taxi and I got the impression I just asked her to walk to barefoot to the North Pole. No eye contact no please and no Thank You. She was a lady in her early forties blonde shoulder length hair and glasses. No excuse for poor customer service. Bar staff also cold and not welcoming. Not sure if these people are Ukrainians but one thing is for sure the staff conduct has lowered to a level I would not expect in a Mercure brand. Please management remind staff of their customer service expectations

Terrible customer service by the hotel. I had some unforeseen circumstances happen and could not make the trip. I tried to reach out to the hotel to reschedule my rooms and they simply ignored my email and my messages. After 2 days of no response, I called them from abroad only to be dismissed by the front desk. No one even tried to help me or work with me. They just took my money. For a 4-star hotel, they have 0-star customer support.
