乱收费、服务态度恶劣、必要配套缺失

Dear Mr W., I'm sorry that you did not like our hotel, i think that maybe you were mistaken about our services, in this way we will try to contact Ctrip to be sure that they are giving the right information about us. We are a 1star hotel and some services like kettle service are available just in the superior rooms, not the kind of rooms that you booked. We have a bar 24h where we can provide hot water 24h. In your case, in order to give your better service we lend you a kettle for you to bring it to your room for free. I'm sorry if we did not meet your expectations but as I said we made our best to make your stay as confortable as possible. We are a 1* hotel, we do not have a pillow menu, we do not have room service, we do not have kettle facilities in standard rooms as you will find in a 4* hotel. But my team and I, we give the best attention to our guests going further to cover all their needs even if they are out of our business. I'm sorry that it was not enough for you in this case. Maybe another Accor Brand like Novotel or Mercure can fit you better. Thank you for your comments, it always help us grow. Best regards, Marina Cortina

Andalucia Road trip

We were travelling around Andalucia for 10 days and stayed at different types of hotels and apartments from first class to budget. We chose this Ibis as we wanted easy access to Seville without having to drive in the City. We stayed for 2 nights and found the hotel to be clean and modern with everything we needed to be comfortable. The reception staff were really welcoming and friendly. There’s a bus stop nearby with frequent buses into the city which worked well for us. There’s a small cafe which is useful as there’s not much in the area in terms of eating places although there’s a very handy LIDL which we used. I’d recommend to anyone who’s on a road trip like us to stay here, park the car in the safe basement car park and use the bus or taxi to get into the city.

We arrived not expecting much, but how wrong we were, the underground parking at 6 euros a night bargain.We were greeted in reception by a lovely young lady who spoke very good english, she proceeded to book us in, quickly and efficiently and gave us our room key, we did notice how clean and pleasant the reception area and the bar was,Definitely be checking the bar later, we proceeded to our room still not expecting much, but again how wrong the room was basic but extremely clean and the air conditioning was quiet and effective, the bathroom again was extremely clean and the shower large and powerful,impressed yes we are. We decided to venture into sevilla the young lady on reception told us what bus to take into the city where we getvon and off and how much 1.40 euro each way what a bargain plus the buses are all air conditioned, we decided to have a small walk and save the tour till the next day. On our return to the hotel we decided to have a drink in the bar pre dinner 1x gin.tonic and one ice cold beer both very much appreciated. We ordered our dinner and decided to eat out in the patio area as it was still very hot. The service was quick and the food was delicious, we retired to our air conditioned room and had a lovely nights sleep quiet and peaceful. Breakfast is buffet style plenty of choices and all very tasty, i could go on but please if ever you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel in the sevilla area pleased be advised this little hotel is a gem. Thank you to all the staff at the ibis hotel sevilla for making our stay a memorable experience.

Very Average hotel ,3 paper cups were provided which came as a shock to me .one single charging point becomes very diff

Very Average, being an avid traveller it was a shock to me see paper cups in the room ,which is not even replaced ,one electrical point for everything from kettle to chargers ,very difficult for 2 guest in the same room ,garbage not cleaned ,used tea cups were not cleaned , breakfast spread was ok ..pro-staff is helpful

Nice comfortable hotel. Rooms are a little tired in places but this is no issue, they are very clean. Locked cupboard for baggage storage. Great location for the airport and the bus into the city. Good food and beer, pleasant staff. Will definitely return when coming back to Seville!
