The hotel location isn't great and the building itself isn't inviting, It looks more like a dorm. The reception area is confusing, as dining area, pub counter, billiard table are together next to reception desk. From the entrance you have a feeling this isn't a business hotel, it's more a workers hostel vibe. I'm glad I didn't include breakfast and decided to eat elsewhere. The room was run-down and not very clean. The remote control was so gross, I had to clean it before use it. No kettle or cups/glass included, very bad quality toilet paper. The staff was ok. Wifi worked. And surprisingly is was quiet even though the window was next to the highway. I wouldn’t go back.

The open spaces of lobbies and restaurants are common at the moment and many hotels are built and designed in this way. We are a two-star hotel and equipment such as a kettle, coffee or tea making facilities is available in higher standard hotels such as Mercure, Novotel and Sofitel. Toilet paper is an ecological paper because our company is committed to environmental protection and we use ecological products. It is a pity that you did not eat breakfast because you did not even have the opportunity to try it and you have already judged it. Of course, we will pay attention to the cleanliness of the equipment and I have already checked who was preparing the room for you so that there would be no similar situation in the future. It was pleasent experience to be hosted by young but professional crew. Location is brilliant as long as you enjoying public transport. Hotel itself is cleanish, bibs could be emptied more often. Downgrade is rooms décor I mean they are desperate for fresh paint!

We stayed 2 nights here. The hotel was inexpensive but not well situated for sightseeing. The rooms were quiet. Wifi worked well. Staff are friendly and speak English. I had to catch a flight and the hotel has a great computer room where you can print boarding passes and make travel arrangements.

Very strange location in the middle of nowhere. If you are in Warsaw for a short stay, better look elswhere. Helpful stuff, but very limited. Good breakfast buffet, but not much choice otherwise. Shopping mall nearby.

Good hotel for trip!

Last summer I had a business trawel in Warsaw. I lived in Ibis hotel and I was impressed this place. It's a small hotel but he's cozy. Lobby was decorated in modern designs. Hotel staff was younger and neighborly. Our rooms was small and neatly. Foods like at home. I have seen many families with children and several children's sport teams. I think if you plan cheap trawel you choose this place.
