A wonderful place with views over Tisza River

Room was big clean and spacious with views over the Tisza River. Beds were big and comfortable. Wi-Fi was OK and TV with local and few international channels. The terrace was amazing with views over the Tisza River. Breakfast was very good with plenty variety of food. Everything was perfect!

Веома пријатан боравак у овом хотелу, други пут ове године. Собе су лепе и чисте и све имају поглед на Тису или центар У соби имате сеф, фен за косу, шампон, туш каду, течни сапун за руке, чајник, кафу, шећер, чај и воду. Собе се чисте сваки дан. Ресторан за доручак на нивоу Е, изнад лоби бара и рецепције, нуди велики избор за доручак, чак и за вегетаријанце, велики избор кафе, сокова и чајева. Свака част ресторану. На рецепцији су веома љубазни и увек вам на услузи. Сви говоре енглески тако да је комуникација у реду. По потреби можете користити хотелски паркинг, али уз доплату. Одлично искуство. и свака препорука. Биљана, Београд, Србија🇷🇸 Very pleasant stay at this hotel, second time this year. The rooms are nice and clean and all have a view of the Tisza or the center. In the room you have a safe, hair dryer, shampoo, shower, liquid hand soap, kettle, coffee, sugar, tea and water. Rooms are cleaned every day. The breakfast restaurant on level E, above the lobby bar and reception, offers a large selection for breakfast, even for vegetarians, a large selection of coffees, juices and teas. Kudos to the restaurant. At the reception, they are very friendly and always at your service. Everyone speaks English so communication is fine. If necessary, you can use the hotel parking lot, but with an additional charge. Great experience. and any recommendation. Biljana, Belgrade, Serbia🇷🇸

你们酒店涉嫌有种族歧视。办理入住的时候前台服务人员觉得中国人说不好匈牙利语,脸上就流露出鄙视和嘲笑的表情。我们在六月份的时候也入住了这个酒店,当时前台人员感觉我们是中国人,我们的匈牙利语说的不好,就有这样的表情和语言中的奇怪语调。我们当时还在自我检讨,觉得这个是个别人的问题,人的素质也不能强求。但是这次入住依旧遇到这样的问题。所以我们的感受很不好。只能说是酒店管理的问题了。我们没有要求特殊对待,只要是公平对待就可以。但是,事实上交流中前台人员话语,语气以及语调处处显示出鄙视和歧视?当时的房间没有完全打扫出来,还差一间房间。等我们去拿剩下房间的门卡时候,你们的前台人员拿着房卡就像动物园里面的饲养员投食调戏动物一样的表情和神态。请问如果是换做你们,你们会做如何感受呢?

Arrived early evening. Dogs started barking in some rooms opposite. Called reception to complain and was told nothing they could do and put down the phone. Called back again put down the phone. Bloody rude!! Dogs are in control there DONT STAY!!

Well deserves its excellent recent reviews. Very professional and helpful staff at all levels. Our superior suite was well worth the extra cost. Very modern and very comfortable. We also enjoyed our Sunday night buffet dinner at 7500 HUF pp. Breakfast was good too but when the hotel is busy (eg the Labour Day long weekend) it was very busy and noisy. Parking even out on the open entry roadway, is at extra cost. Hungary is increasingly now like that. Pricing was initially all in Euros but we paid in local HUF.
