I really enjoyed this hotel. It isn't fancy but it is clean and quiet. The staff are very friendly and efficient, providing excellent customer service. The other guests were respectful and friendly. You felt welcome and at home here. The optional breakfast was a good value with plentiful and healthy food and good coffee.

Good stop over location

On the edge of Beaune. No restaurant but there was a variety of places to eat nearby. The town looked interesting but torrential rain prevented what could have been an interesting walk. Also good for access to supermarkets with fuel to fill up the car.

We stopped for 1 night while driving from Southern France to Disneyland Paris. It was quick and easy to find off the A6 - I would recommend getting petrol from one of the Aires as you won't find any near here. Check in was quick and easy, we used the machine to help limit human contact. There was hand sanitiser upon entry and at the machine. There is no lift which is no issue for us but may be an issue for some - we were staying on the top floor. To enter your room you must enter a pin code which is rather long - you have to push the door quickly or you will be required to enter it again which proved a bit tricky when carrying bags. The room was clean and exactly what we expected for a budget Ibis. It is very small and if you had suitcases you would struggle for room. The room had a bunk bed so could sleep 2 adults 1 child however it would've been a tight squeeze to have an extra person in the room - for us it was ok. The room served it's purpose for a shower and a sleep. The shower was pleasant. It was quite hot in the room due to temperature outside. The car park is big and secure. We did not eat at this hotel, there is a vending machine but we noticed it was empty. Staff seemed pleasant, we did not have much interaction with them. I did notice however the lobby/reception area is quite small - when there is a queue of people checking in it is impossible to enter or leave the hotel safely while maintaining social distancing. There are a few eateries across the road if you don't fancy going into the main town centre.

Right off but sheltered from the A6 freeway (2 minutes) Probably best for travelers wanting to rest for a night on their way to the riviera. Not for extended stay. Super nice and accommodating manager. · I booked because of the brand name. It ended up below expectation. The price was right, but I did not book for the price. Could not find anything for my dates around the 100 mark. To be fair a room remodeling is planed for early October. I ended up sleeping very well there for what it's worth

Terrible service and nasty room

I was on my way to the South of France when I decided I needed a hotel room at 50% of the trip. I was tired and it was more safe to continue the next day. Unfortunately I booked online for the wrong date (as I mentioned, I was tired). When I tried to recall there was no way I could get my money back, 52 euros down the drain!!! I called, mailed and dropped by the hotel but no results. I couldn’t wrap my mind around the fact that I Made a MISTAKE and nobody wanted to help me. Except for the kind receptionist at the specific hotel, but he had no say in this. A few days later we tried again, we called the main number and a friendly Belgian employee of Accor hotels did his best to help us book another room for the trip home. I just had to pay an additional 25 euros and I could stay in the same hotel. So finally Some Cooperation. When we arrived at the hotel I had to explain the whole story to a new receptionist that wasn’t very friendly. After half an hour he finally Spoke to his manager and I checked in for the additional 25 euros. When I saw the room I was shocked. Hair on the Floor, stains on the sheets and the worst: poop on the toilet paper holder. I slept and got out asap the next morning. NEVER AGAIN I WILL STAY IN AN IBIS HOTEL.
