A bit off the main streets. Practical hotel located near a tramway station 2 stations away from the currently chaotic Stuttgart Train station. Clean hotel with standard Ibis rooms. Good basic breakfast fresh and plentiful. Staff are very hospitable and helpful.

Nice hotel Ibis Standard room, clean and quiet, cozy restaurant never to busy, Hotel is not far from Milaneo great shopping arcades, 200m from tramway station going to main station in 5 minutes. Staff always available, friendly and helpful

Booked room with double bed and got room with single bed

I had booked a room with double bed however I was allotted a room with single bed. I immediately contacted the front desk however they informed that all rooms are booked and cannot help. I expect that at the time of check-in I should have been informed regarding this. Also, the room was for physically challenged. I don’t intend to discriminate here however providing information is important because I paid 190Euros for the same. Did not expect this from IBIS. Also, someone from Hotel staff tried to access my room without prior information between 15:00 -15:10. I informed this as well to the front desk. The bathroom sink was cracked and it wasn’t clean enough. Very disappointed.

I stayed several time in the hotel and always satified; located 2 tramway/metro station from the main train station, nice rooms, very quiet area, good team! Covid measures well respected. Breakfast team very friendly and professional!

The hotel room is functional, small yet enough space to unpack large luggages. It’s located about 20 mins drive away from city centre, but good enough if you are driving. Breakfast is standard, though this is the rare hotel with waffle maker but no batter provided.
