When I arrived at the hotel I was greeted by a warm friendly welcoming at the front reception Rooms are nice clean comfortable! There is plenty of parking space to park your car and WIFI 🛜 is brilliant 🤩 Breakfast buffet is very good 👍 Sky Anne Edita David Michaela Erika Ausra Nicolleta Rosa Jolanta Ineta Monika very friendly helpful staff Housekeeping do a brilliant 🤩 fantastic job !

Friendliest staff, very good room and great food!! I stayed for two nights and the hotel is in a great location for work or sightseeing into London, Thurrock lakeside is five minutes away for shopping or different food, but I would recommend eating the four cheese pizza in the hotel!!!

Amazing staff!!!! Clean rooms, helpful staff, delicious food at the restaurant. Stayed couple days with my family and we enjoyed it a lot! Definitely will come back soon as it’s perfect location for lakeside shopping centre. We appreciate your hospitality:)

The hotel was amazing, the sleep was ideal no noise. Staff were very hospitable and courteous throughout my stay. Definitely be staying here if I am the area. It’s also conveniently close to a train station which helped a lot. Definitely try the bar downstairs too, pleasant environment to relax.

We had great experience,restaurant area is very clean and nice.We had great dinner and breakfast.The staff working here extremely friendly and attentive.Housekeeping doing great job on cleaning.Nothing to say negative and recommending to come here.
