Very family friendly. Family room large with two different sections. Kettle and fridge helpful. Breakfast excellent. Location very good just at the edge of the historic centre easy 10minute walk to central station. Unfortunately a bit of construction work going on immediately outside but we didn’t hear any noise. Great pool but my kids (and other kids) were in there all the time - not so good if you’re an adult wanting to actually swim. Not cheap but otherwise

Great location, rooms were really clean, really friendly staff that go above for guests - we found the staff very helpful, fantastic large family rooms, pool facilities very poor but overall we had a great experience In this hotel and would use again.

Stayed for one night for a family trip to Brussels. Great location close to all the shops and tourist destinations. Reception, bar and restaurant were all in excellent condition as were the rooms. We had late check out, which gave us the freedom to enjoy Brussels without suitcases until it was time to get to the Eurostar. Decent value for a city centre hotel.

Centrally located hotel - comfortable rooms and great staff

Hassle free check -in for me and my 2 colleagues. They gave us complimentary welcome drinks for us all. We also got upgraded . The room was spacy (esp after the rooms in Paris ) and clean. The hotel seemed relatively new so all the fittings seemed new as well. The bed was comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent and had a very wide spread. The location is just a few steps away from the metro station . There are several bars and restaurants around the hotel and well. The staff here were excellent- made sure everything was hassle free and gave us a late check out till 12. Will be back to stay here for my next trip to Brussels

Ideally positioned hotel near place sainte Catherine. Clean spacious room. Nice toiletries. Breakfast choice was good and plentiful. Liked the waffles. There is a pool but we didn’t get chance to use it. Only negative was room temperature- couldn’t seem to adjust. Would stay again.
