As a valued Diamond member, your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we regret that we failed to meet your expectations on this occasion. We are truly sorry for any unprofessionalism displayed by our receptionist during the check-in process. This behavior does not align with the high standards of service and professionalism that we strive to maintain. Your concerns regarding the lack of acknowledgment of your Diamond member status and the discrepancies in room amenities have been duly noted, and we will address these issues with our team to ensure that such oversights do not recur in the future. Regarding the provision of room service and complimentary amenities, after discussing your complaint with our fellow receptionists, I was informed that you have been upgraded to our Privilege category for both of the rooms booked, completely free of charge. This upgrade includes a range of exclusive amenities and benefits to enhance your stay with us. In addition to your upgraded accommodations, you received complimentary bottled water replenished daily. Our minibar offerings was also be provided to you at no extra cost, allowing you to indulge in a selection of beverages at your convenience. Furthermore, as Privilege guests, you had access to all the amenities that are standard in our Privilege rooms. This includes enhanced room features, among others, comfortable bathrobes and slippers to ensure a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay. Also, as compensation for the inconvenience, we have credited courtesy points to your All member card. We appreciate as well your feedback on the breakfast options, and we will certainly review our offerings to ensure a wider variety and better quality for our guests. Your feedback regarding the value of your booking and the points deducted from your account is also noted, and we will review our pricing and reward policies to ensure fairness and transparency for all guests.
