Firstly I would like to appreciate all the staff of this hotel specially the lady in the front office (Stefnie)she welcomed us with her beautiful smile as we arrived too early before check in time but we wanted to kill the time she guided us the city through map.she provided every information of the city. Thank you so much Secondly i would like to thanks the Housekeeping lady who was doing room no 405 she was doing her job very perfectly Thank you for making our stay wonderful Like to mention one guy from front office who was having very bad attitude he dnt know how to talk your guest other wise every staff us very helpful snd very polite

Poor every thing was not as it its shows at all i cant even recommend any one to stay there was really baddest experience i have ever the front disk wss not nice the breakfast was poor not 4 star hotel

As a diamond member I rate this hotel is below 4 star. First the experience on check in was bad the receptionist guy treated me in unprofessional way plus many times am asking him about what am entitled for as a Diamond member but he was ignoring my question as a member I booked two rooms but they have a welcome message under the second room name. I am entitled for upgrade but as per receptionist said the upgrade only for bathtub and coffee machine which is unbelievable as I stayed in many Accor chain hotels but I didn’t get treated like this. No room service is available in the hotel. No phone in the room as well to call the reception in anything needed. I asked for a bottle of water on the second day of my stay and they said no water to be provided this is shocked me how as guest in the hotel and no water to be provided while I stayed in hundreds of hotel and at least 2 bottles have to be provided daily. Than other person works at the front desk saw me and said to him that am entitled for free bottle of water as I am privilege member. Than he told me to wait at the reception so he will provide me a bottle of water. While I was waiting for almost 15 minutes than he came and said I just put the water in your room. I don’t know what the use of me waiting at the reception. Breakfast was poor as no many options only omelet eggs which is not a service of 4 star hotel should provide to their customers. The hotel booking cost a lot and many points been deducted from my account which is not deserve for such a service I am getting in return. Over all the hotel staff are not professional and poor service I received which is not acceptable to get treated like this specially I am frequent customer to Accor chain hotels and Diamond member.

In addition to your upgraded accommodations, you received complimentary bottled water replenished daily. Our minibar offerings was also be provided to you at no extra cost, allowing you to indulge in a selection of beverages at your convenience. Furthermore, as Privilege guests, you had access to all the amenities that are standard in our Privilege rooms. This includes enhanced room features, among others, comfortable bathrobes and slippers to ensure a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay. Also, as compensation for the inconvenience, we have credited courtesy points to your All member card. We appreciate as well your feedback on the breakfast options, and we will certainly review our offerings to ensure a wider variety and better quality for our guests. Your feedback regarding the value of your booking and the points deducted from your account is also noted, and we will review our pricing and reward policies to ensure fairness and transparency for all guests. Please rest assured that your feedback is taken seriously, and we are committed to making the necessary improvements to enhance the overall guest experience. Great hotel

What a great hotel. The staff at this hotel go over and beyond in customer service, which you could not ask for anything more. The rooms are clean and tidy and have recently been renovated. The rooms are also serviced daily. Breakfast is also a nice spread. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Christmas Market Visit

We visited Vienna mainly to see the Christmas markets and chose this hotel because it was a fairly short walk to the centre of Vienna. Our first impression of the hotel was not great as it is currently being refurbished and they are using a temporary room as a reception which is basically a desk across the doorway and this room is reached from a door further down the path from the main reception door. While we were checking in there was loud drilling from the work going on in the building, not a great start. Our room was on the 6th floor and was a nice room as it was modern and obviously one of the refurbished rooms so we have no complaints about the room. However after we dropped our bags and went out to explore the city we returned to find workmen had been in our room and had not been informed by hotel staff this would happen. Then a member of staff then entered our room while we were still in it, apparently to check if it had been cleaned after the workmen had been in. Turning to the breakfast, this was very good with lots of choice from hot breakfast, continental, cereals, fruit etc. Now for the checkout. We checked out around 10:30 although the official time is 12 so that we could have a last visit into the city, our flight wasn’t until late evening. There is no lounge to relax in if you want to wait for your taxi, not even a chair outside the makeshift reception. Overall I would say the room was ok but in its current state of refurbishment I wouldn’t recommend it.
