I asked upon check in to be assigned a room facing the back of the hotel, since I am a light sleeper. Unfortunately I was given a room facing the very busy city highway! Rooms and bathroom are tiny, not the standard of an Ibis Budget. Besides being given a welcome drink, poor recognition of Accor gold status

Very good sight seeing rooms. Small rooms but good beds. Reception staff speak several languages. However, warming is lowered at daytime and staff get stressed easily because of complete reservation.

I enjoyed my stay at IBIS Frankfurt, Centrum from 22nd Sept to 24th Sept 2023. The staff was very courteous. The breakfast spread could be of more food varieties. Mr. Barakzay, at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Also Mr. Daniel Muse at the bar was very efficient and hospitable. I wish them good luck for their career.
