This is the 2nd time I have used this venue for "Core Topics Birmingham". On both occasions, the event has ticked all the boxes. A decent size conference room, good food and enough refreshments during the day. The rates are also affordable. We look forward to our next event here.

My mom and I visited for afternoon tea today which we booked via Groupon. Julette was wonderful, she really looked after us and asked us which sandwiches we would like, along with a choice of hot drinks. The scones were nice and warm and served with a selection of macarons, and a small carrot cake and red velvet cake each. All of the food was lovely and Julette checked in on us regularly to ask if wanted anymore drinks, she provided an excellent service. I would definitely recommend for a peaceful afternoon tea (the lobby in the hotel also smelled gorgeous!), we really enjoyed our visit and look forward to returning.

We stayed here for my sisters hen weekend as a large group of 18 we had Yannie from the hotel to make sure it ran smoothly. I can't thank Yannie enough nothing was to much bother. From helping us with booking taxis, having a list with who was in which room and decorations for the brides room. The stresses of a large group were all dealt with for us. All the staff we came across were so friendly and welcoming including Kevin at the bar. The breakfast was very good, and we always got a table with out a bother. Rooms were clean and tidy with everything we needed. All in all a great stay. 👍

The usual warm welcome for our group booking. Musical messages on our mirrors were a lovely touch! Always feel at home at the Novotel and so handy for celebrating in Broad Street. Looking forward to our return for the British Open Brass Band Championships in September.

Good one night stay here. Nice high end feel to the place when you arrive, bar felt high calibre too, breakfast decent and well laid out. Rooms not the most modern but definitely still at a good level. Very nice and professional welcome on the front desk from George as well, would recommend!
