Well not the best hotel to spend your holidays in. For a quick stop it is okay but not for more than one night. The breakfast is lacking variety, it is rather empty because they forget to refill the buffet. It is also a bit messy. In the room you don`t have a garbage bin nor a toilet brush. The only upsides to this hotel is the big parking lot and that it is situated in front of a very good sushi restaurant (and all you can eat buffet) where we had the best cullinary experience.

We stay here often on our travel through Europe. It’s affordable, comfortable & clean as a whistle. But that’s not all that matters… The staff are wonderful, nothing’s too much trouble. These places are run on a shoestring, hence the very reasonable prices. The staff treat everyone like the most valued guest. The bar’s great - good beers from Alsace obviously important. The food’s good too - flammkirchen a popular choice. Breakfast (a volonté or if you’re English, all you can eat) is a super setup for your journey: cold meats, cheeses, cereals, nice bread and coffee and Proust’s favourite - Madeleines! Fresh! You can be outside with a beer or inside with Alsatian wines and feel completely at home. Pet friendly - massively important to us. Colmar itself is a medieval gem (Rick Stein loved it) - but there’s a whopping E Leclerc selling fabulously local produce. We always feel valued & at home in our room. Super value, super valued.

This hotel overcharged my credit card. We booked to stay here for 2 nights. At arrival the staff asked if we wanted to add breakfast to our booking, which we agreed to. The bill was made up, including breakfast for both mornings and the payment was made. So it was all settled on arrival, which is unusual for an Accor hotel. During our stay we could not put any other expenses on the room, because, according to the staff, the restaurant was separate from the hotel. After a few days, I noticed that besides the amount I paid on arrival, there was an extra payment, the equivalent of 4 breakfasts, off my credit card account, which I did not have or signed for. An honest mistake I thought, but they don't answer my emails and I read another review on Google from someone with exactly the same experience. A shame, we are Accor members, this is not representative for this brand of hotels. As far as the rooms are concerned in this hotel, they are a bit tired and old school, with an old fashioned key. But fine for us. My only complaint, before we noticed that they overcharged us, was that it did not feel very "Coronavirus proof" especially during breakfast, to busy, guests without facemasks and staff who wear the fase masks as"chin masks"

The hotel is situated on the outskirts of Colmar, a 5 minute drive from city centre. The hotel looked somewhat dated from the outside but our room was renovated, fresh bathroom and clean. Friendly reception Good breakfast, good value for money. Since we were passing through, we were fine to stay at this hotel for the night but those who are keen to spend a weekend in Colmar might like to stay at a hotel with more charm.

A fine hotel in a convenient location - not far from Colmar Centre. I enjoyed a rich birdlife in the surrounding trees next to the parking spots and in the backyard, and sleep quality was very good - it was quiet, room was of good size and my room had a nice view of the backyard. The receptionist was very friendly, even though they didn´t understand much English. In the end they understood what I needed, and I got laundry service, which was reasonable priced and of fast service. A lot of free parking spots available if you arrive with a rental car. Highly recommended for tourists visiting Colmar.
