Very kind! Potae was extremely helpful, he did everything he could to help solve an issue. Check in was fast and everyone smiled and went out of there way to help. The hotel is clean and personable. I had a great experience so far!!! Thank you!!

This hotel was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in…the attention to detail in the rooms and hotel facilities are amazing. The staff and management are so helpful and friendly. It is situated in the perfect spot for the fantastic shopping malls of Bangkok and a stroll to the train system. Will be staying here again for certain. Thank-you Novotel Siam Square.

I like this Hotel, I always have. I usually stay here by myself when traveling to Bangkok on business or medical checkups. It's a great location right on Sian Square and Siam station and I can be at the Airport by rail within 35 minutes. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast has everything you need. The location is great. You have a choice of some of the best Malls in the world within minutes of walking from the lobby. I recommend it, especially if you have limited time and want to walk around and do some shopping and eat in some nice restaurants.

Location is excellent, in the middle of the shopping district with amenities galore. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff are very friendly, smiley, we always return to a clean and tidy room, and the little things they do for us really touch us - special thanks to Mr Jib and Ms May! We stayed at this hotel whenever we visited Bangkok, our every stay had been a warm and lovely experience. Thank you so much and keep up the good work!
