The hotel has an accomodating nature and has a very welcoming staff. The manager Potae is very welcoming and very kind to his customers. Overall it was an amazing stay with wonderful amenities that cater to me and my family. We are very appreciative of them and would come here again.

After staying here for 25 nights, we can really recommend this hotel. The service in particular is of a very high level. The general manager Mr. Hougardy and his staff are very professional, helpful and polite. The hotel is in a great location. Within 2 minutes you can walk to the BTS station Siam, from where you can easily move around the city. Siam Paragon, the most beautiful mall in Bangkok, is also a 2-minute walk from the hotel. Spacious, neat, clean room and bathroom with a separate toilet. Whenever we return “home” our room is in tip-top condition. Compliments for the housekeeping, thank you Khun Nam. Executive lounge is open all day for a cup of coffee, tea or soft drinks and cocktail hour at 5 p.m. Khun Mint is very caring and interested in the guests. There are many dining options around the hotel. On Friday and Saturday you can enjoy the seafood dinner buffet at the hotel and on Sunday there is a Dim Sum/seafood buffet. We enjoyed both the seafood and Dim Sum buffet several times. The breakfast buffet is very extensive, with something for everyone and dishes that change every day. The staff in the restaurant is also friendly and helpful, especially Khun New and Khun Amm, who ensured that we lacked nothing. We hope to return here soon.

Abdula and potae , they was very professional and helpful. And I highly recommend to choose this hotel. They help me with a lot of things . And the hotel location in middle of everything and everything available next to it. I sure will choose again Novotel hotel.

This is like my 2nd home. Special thanks to Khun Noey for making sure my room is ready and super quick check in and check out. Also special thanks to Khun Mint whenever I drop u at Premier Lounge she will greet me with a big smiling and offer me drinks.
