Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay. Our hotel was recently renovated in 2021, and we strive to maintain a high level of cleanliness in all our rooms. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the mold stains in the bathroom and will address this with our housekeeping team. Our rooms do not have air conditioning, however, we do provide fans and heater blowers upon request to help our guests feel more comfortable. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. As for the breakfast pricing, we offer a daily buffet with a variety of options, and we will take your feedback into consideration for future improvements. We regret the inconvenience you experienced with the room key and the sauna being temporarily closed for renovation. Lastly, we apologize for the billing error during check-in and are glad it was resolved promptly. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a more enjoyable experience in the future.
