Noisy, tired & could do with a revamp

Stayed here due to closeness to the Eventim Apollo. The room & decor outside of the reception area was tired and really needed a refresh. Ritual toiletries consisted of hand soap, shampoo & shower gel, but no conditioner so if you need it, bring it with you. The sofa bed in the room had rips in it & there were marks on the walls. The bed was quite hard, the curtains didn’t shut properly & there were a few events on in the hotel so earplugs were a necessity. If you just want a bed to sleep in then it’s fine, but we won’t be back.

Lovely hotel with a great locatopn for the Apollo. The Greek man on the desk was super friendly but the girls not so much. We arrived early about 45 mins but no room ready but we waitied in a lovely reception area. snack and drinks very expensive but London prices. Clean and spacious enough. Didn't like my view out of the window but for 1 night is was ok. Lot's of places to eat outside the hotel.

Achingly dull

Soulless. I feel sorry for anyone visiting London to end up staying in this paint-by-numbers corporate group-think vanilla medium sliced white bread hotel. Only positive I can say is that our room faced the motorway (because of course it did), but the sound proofing was excellent.

Not what I expected !!!

I chose this hotel because of the closeness to the Eventim Apollo. On arrival this hotel looked lovely it was in a really good location close to everything we needed. We was checked in by a lovely lady at reception and she told us all the relevant information that we needed. When we entered the room we just dropped our bags off and went to explore the area. We went back to the hotel bar later that evening to have a drink and the lady who served us was extremely helpful and we enjoyed a nightcap then headed back to our room. It wasn't until then we realised how unclean parts of the room was. The stains on the carpet, the dust, food on furniture, broken parts and last of all a what seemed to be a dried bogie on the wall which my daughter had been walking past and her clothes had been touching the wall as it was beside her bedside. It was such a shame as the beds where clean and very very comfortable and we did have a really good night's sleep. For the price of the hotel I was just expecting a bit more. Overall I wouldn't stay here again as there is a premier inn across the way so I will use that in future.

Most certainly not disabled friendly

I was very disappointed with many aspects of our one night stay. I booked a room that was suitable for a person who was disabled. It most certainly was not. It was too small to accommodate a disability scooter and it would not be suitable for a wheelchair user. I was confined to one side of the room as the space between the bed and the wall unit was too small. The only concession was a shower chair and two emergency cords. The room was shabby and dated and most certainly wasn’t worth £153 plus £30 parking. Our room was on the third floor. In the morning we waited 15 minutes to find a lift that not only stopped at our floor, and had enough space for myself and the mobility scooter. A number of lifts were out of service. When we finally got to breakfast we were seated next to where dirty plates and cutlery were put. The breakfast itself was very nice. A lot of choice and very tasty. All in all a very disappointing stay
