The hotel is in a fantastic location. The deco tasteful and a very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and warm. The breakfast choice was superb! My only complain was the room was a little small but I appreciate square footage is a premium in this part of Paris. I would stay here again.

"Creme de la creme" , Sofitel Opera was just perfect for what I needed.

I immensely enjoyed my stay at Sofitel to the point that I already booked Sofitel for my next visit in May for our wedding anniversary. We supose to go to London and I talked my husband into staying in Paris instead, hehehe. The location was perfect and as soon as I walked in to Sofitel I felt this good energy. The tea with orange slices in the lobby was enjoyable The staff was super friendly and curtious. When I walked into my room I pleasantly surprised as the room was waiting for me. I got personal welcome letter with treats and wine. My room on the 5th floor was LOVELY and bigger than expected, stylish, with a nice sitting area, plenty of room for one person. i immediatel opened the window and had the beautidul view of the Rue Opera. I litterly did a happy dance as prior to my stay I reserved 3 nights at hotel Raphael and a week before I changed my mind and location. This was a great decision. I would not be so happy at the other hotel ;( The bedding was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. I also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant. The only thing was, the next morning I got some allergy on my face that lasted 3 days and cleared in Dublin. I was wondering if the detergent used to wash the pillow cases could cause it, as I am not allergic to down pillow...but in spite of swallen eyes and face I had the best time and I am coming back for more with my own pillow. Thank you!

I contacted the hotel prior to my daughter and future son in laws check. They were newly engaged. Hotel Scribes rolled out the red carpet. Champagne, pastries, personalized note and photo by bedside! First class attention to detail!❤️⭐️🍾💍💍

入住和退房行李都沒有要幫忙搬的意思，入住時房間還沒好，說會打電話通知也沒有通知。隔音很差房間很小。房間打掃的很隨便，其中一天甚至到下午四點還沒打掃，水也不幫忙重裝。早餐每一天都完全一樣，還好只住了三天。點了Room service上的食物（薯條 Pizza）都是冷的，還要加價15歐，還好是用酒店給的$100抵用金。
