It was my second stay in this hotel. The hotel is in a very good and safe location. About 40 min by a car from the int airport, in Zona Rosa, close to Chapinero with lots of nightlife and restaurants and shoping. The hotel is not big you could feel boutique style. My room was comfortable, you can open a window to get fresh air, nice bathroom and ammenities, perfect and friendly staff, very delicious breakfast with lots of exotic fruites. The hotel can provide you a driver to travel arround but certainly it is much more expensive than to go by Uber or inDrive taxi. The only negative thing to me was extremely uncomfortable bed due to a very soft matrace which in the middle of a bed even makes a hole. Maybe it is just my taste because I prefer only firm beds. If you need a reliable English speaking driver in Bogota and arround I could advise to contact Mrs Ivan by wats up +57 350 3752807 The latest information on tax refund for international travelers from Bogota. The process can be extremely easy and much more difficult and time consuming. Which one you experience depends only on a shop where you bought your items for tax refund. If this shop provides you a Global blue tax refund documents, then in the airport you go strait to a self management kiosk which is in the departure hall next to entrance No 5. At the kiosk you scan your passport and after scaning it on the screen you will see the shops listed where you bought your items. Then you will be asked to put your credit card with which you bought items into the maschine for a few seconds. And thats it. After 7 days you will be refunded. You have to do nothing more. But if your shop did not provide you with global tax refund papers and give you any other kind of confirmation then after scaning your passport you will not see anything. Then you have to go to DIAN office. Web site says their working hours are only until 7pm and they do not work on sunday. But it is not truth. You go to the office which is in the departure hall near entrance 5, they scan your passport, you have to email all receips to them, they check your receips then they must see your bording pass and all items you bought for tax refund. This may take 1-2 hours. And you will be refunded in 6 months. Thats it. All this I experienced on 15 April 2024. Good luck.

We booked a double luxury room for 4 nights. Upon arrival we were settled in room 704, on the second-highest floor, facing carrera 13th. Our room was straightforward furnished, reasonably sized, with quite a huge & comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and service provided indeed good. Food quality and variety for breakfast was also very good and attractively presented. Unfortunately our room turned out to be quite noisy as the soundproofing against both outside & inside noise is apparently rather marginal. This attractive location is also obviously very busy, especially over the weekend, as there are many restaurants, bars and dancings in the neighborhood. Nevertheless a good experience.

Beautiful, well-located hotel in Zona T. Professional, friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms with a lot of amenities. The restaurant is also great, with a very complete brunch on Sundays. Walking distance from great restaurants, and shopping centers.

Highly recommend this hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was around to welcome us, check-in was smooth, the staff was very well trained and friendly. The location is excellent, surrounded by hundreds of bars and restaurants. The hotel staff did everything to make our stay comfortable including getting us complimentary wine and cheese. The room was very comfortable and modern. The hotel bar was good too. Memorable stay.

Twenty two Canadians spent three lovely days at the Victoria Regia. Perfect location, great service, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast and what a fun city! Close to great restaurants. Osk, across the street, is famous for Japanese fusion.
