We’ve spent 3 nites and having nice experience here. The Bathtub Room was so great & unique ambience. All staffs were good & warm too. Breakfast good enough but really need some various changing menu daily or something creative, it’s kind of boring eating session each time my family take a breakfast. And the 1 most thing this beautiful resort should improve/develop more is: “Children world”. Not well enough (if i won’t said too bad) on children facilities. Child club room so poor. Outdoor playground & mini zoo even worst. Child’s pool Space sadly so tiny with no other property like slide or splash. And the kids special program we registered (Little Pirates) was very disaster event that we have been through compare to other kids special event. So overall I couldn’t give 5 stars for it. This greeny & clam atmosphere resort would be fit & best place for couples, oldies, or some event/gathering purpose or small family with baby only. Not a single thing could attract my kids wants to get back there again. Sorry to say

Novotel Bogor is truly a great place for a family staycation, boasting excellent hospitality. Naturally, when seeking a family-friendly staycation, we look for activities catered to kids. My son thoroughly enjoyed the cupcake and bartender decoration classes. Kia, Imanuel, Septian, and Ichsan Yudis ensured that the children had a fantastic time during the classes.

the lunch is great there are variety kind of food from western and of course the local cuisine has a rich taste and makes you wants more, the ambience is amazing because the green space is huge ! (be careful to not get lost) and got free coffee thanks to sister elia 🫶🏻

Went here for business trip with some colleagues, room was clean, toilet was clean. Hot water running real fast. No major complain for the room. However there’s always a room for improvement. AC took some time (hours) to get to desired temperature. Pillow needs to be changed. Mine was almost a kinda flat. Buffet breakfast and dinner were great. I have to mention that their soups chef were doing a great job. Had bakmi godok and soto ayam and both were exceptional. Staffs are kind and attentive. Agie offers us some kind helps while we wer having breakfast. And Pak Ahmad made me a nice and customized pinapple juice. A very nice gesture. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
