My experience at Blowfish, located at the Fairmont The Palm, was made exceptional by the outstanding service from Sajith and Russel. These two went above and beyond, ensuring any beachside evening is perfect. Sajith’s insightful recommendations and Russel’s attentive care added a personal touch to the visit. Their professionalism and coordination were evident, making the visit both enjoyable and memorable. I highly recommend visiting for anyone looking for excellent service by the sea. Hats off to Sajith and Russel for a job well done!

am writing to express my satisfaction and appreciation for the outstanding service provided by one of your front desk workers, Amrea during my recent stay at your hotel and after the floods in Dubai. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, his professionalism and attention to detail were truly commendable and was not a normal situation in the country. I will not hesitate to recommend your hotel to my friends, family, and colleagues. I hope to be back one day again

The music at the beach is way to loud (the music is coming from the beach clubs) but shakeem is making me smile at least :-) He is always positive and always helping.
