The warm welcoming coupeled with the very history of Raffles Le Royale males it a very special place where you can come back to visit over and over agaim. The cusine, quality of service and the attention to detail is second to none. A visit to the elephant bar as well as the Royal Restaurant will be a wonderful way to spend the evening. Miss Pissey will be delighted to host you at Le Royal.

A true 5 star hotel - old school luxury with superb service. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The classic, elegant rooms are very comfortable and the poolside area is beautiful. A trip to the elephant bar to try a ‘Phnom Penh Sling’, is an absolute must along with a great dinner at ‘Le Royal’. Bravo Raffles Phnom Penh!

Raffles offers the Personal Touch

Booked 3 night stay in Raffles in Phnom Penh on arrival in Cambodia. It truly is a retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city and all its sights. We had booked a Landmark room for our stay which I think is the regular king size bedroom. We were offered an upgrade to quiet suite overlooking the pool / garden area for an extra $115 a night but decided against it. The room we had booked looked fine until music from the Uni party over the road started up ! As our room faced out over the front of the hotel where the loud music was I asked to change room. Once I had spoken with the manager Mr Thomas Bianco it was all swiftly sorted and we were moved to a beautiful room in the rear building which has a side balcony overlooking the pool. The staff will exceed expectations here - they are all very courteous polite and friendly and always checking that everything is okay. We have dined here for breakfast and dinner and the food is very good. The pool area lovely with tropical trees surrounding it. The pool area staff are very attentive also. The Elephant 🐘 Bar is lovely for a relaxing drink on an evening either pre or post dinner. Huge selection of drinks -for anyone like me who doesn’t drink alcohol they have a large selection of Lyres 0% and will make pretty much anything on request even off the bar menu ! Just ask - nothing is too much trouble for them We took a day sightseeing tour and this place was the perfect remedy to relax after a busy day. They not only clean your room daily but also do a turn down service. This was a special trip for my husband and I and after the initial room issue due to the student building opposite hosting a NY party for 3 days and needing to change rooms our stay here is what I would have hoped for. A unique blend of Old World charm with modern classical touches and a personal touch that goes above and beyond ! ( beds and pillows are also super comfy here )

The hotel has old world elegance and charm, without being stuffy. The staff is proper, polite, and friendly (always addressing us by name!). They were also most helpful in making arrangements do we could maximize our stay in Phnom Penh. We loved the pool (and specials tray of oils and lotions) , the spa, the restaurant experience, cocktails at The Elephant Bar. Raffles goes beyond for their guests. Thank you!

The service and food was out of this world. We loved our balcony room. The rooms were quiet and lovely. We stayed at 6 different hotels on our journey through Thailand and Cambodia - Raffles was our last stop. They saved the best for last. Thank you
