My experience at the Mercure Bucharest Unirii Hotel was remarkable. The staff, especially Mihai at the front desk, was extremely attentive and professional. I was greeted with a warm smile and their promptness in responding to my needs was impressive. The hotel rooms are comfortable and clean, providing a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I would confidently recommend this hotel for an enjoyable stay in Bucharest.

There are two Mercure hotels in Bucharest, this is the one further from the city centre but close (25 mins walk) from the Parliament. Staff were friendly on arrival. Room was modern, spotless and well appointed. Breakfast fine, with plenty of space and options. No reason not to recommend this hotel which is ideal for business trips to the city.

My girlfriend went on a business trip and spent two nights at Mercure Bucharest Unirii. The room was perfectly clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel is in a very good spot, you can reach most of the interesting places in Bucharest by foot. And if this isn't enough - the service is AMAZING, they will do everything possible to satisfy their customers' needs. I called them to ask if they could deliver a bouquet of roses to my GF room (since I was in another country), and this is what she found when she came back from work. Many thanks to Brenda and the director Claudiu for the exceptional service and kindness, we'll surely be back soon!
