We rested with our son ,everything was a great,there is tea ,coffee water in the room .and the towel system is well made according to card.the housekeeping they clean excellant. every and they are follow accor plan 21 .this hotel have good delicious food.yhey have 4 pool and nice view also it's a great hotel thanks for housekeeping jitu

Jitu from housekeeping was very helpful and attentive. Waiters are very nice. Need to add less spicy foods in the kitchen. European guests mostly eat regular food not the spicy. Service is great but need to change furniture and carpet in the rooms.

The pullman hotel room is excellent.they are staff welcome the gust its a good.and i hope i stay in this hotel i enjoy my holiday.and this hotel have nice beach only 2 munite need walk.the housekeeping staff room cleaning excellent,they changed linen and aminitese and changed towel also . specially thanks housekeeping jitu for the check.

Dewa was amazing. Relaxing and very gentle hands. The spa is clean. Quiet and perfect to relax. Also applicable for couples.

Thank you for giving us a good first experience in your hotel. We felt that is our new home, room was extremely beautiful, facilities was so great, near in the beach and nice bar (turtle beach) swimming pool is so big. Breakfast is nice, lobby was so clean. Special mention to Ms. Lilia who taking care of us also to Benz, Cora, Marlon, Mcearl, alem, Jay, Jed, angelica, suraj, majid and to all the staff. We'll recommend. We definitely come back in your hotel and of course with my friends. Thank you so much.
