Hotel is in a great location. Anna and Katy on reception were exceptionally helpful. Our EU plug adapters wouldn’t work and they were kind enough to lend us one. I did find the room a little small, only one small bin and NO kettle (which is always important to us Brits!). But extremely clean and tidy . Added extra of an opening window and a lovely outside terrace

Hotel is located a 10 minute walk from the main station and airport shuttle bus drop off. 3 minutes from a red line metro station that takes you through central Milan. Rooms are great, we had a lovely balcony. Good value for a weekend visit. Bar shutting at 11 lost a star.

Üst katlarda boş odalar olmasına rağmen resepsiyonla yan yana olan, zemin kattaki caddeden yürüyen insanların seslerini bile duyacağımız, kötü ve keyifsiz bir oda verildi. Odanın Değiştirilmesini istediğimde kötü yüz ifadeleriyle davranıldı. Uzun süre bekletildik. Check out’ta bile bu kötü tavır gösterilmeye devam etti. Milano’ya insanlar yaşamları boyunca bir kez geliyor, gelebiliyorlar, bu kaldığımız tek geceyi iyi hatırlamak varken bu çalışanlar ve bize sergilenen davranışlar yüzünden kötü hatırlıyoruz.

Booked a room at the Ibis' hotel in Milan, due to an unfortunately event my hotel was changed to the Ibis Styles Milano Centro. Arriving at 20:00 hr I was welcomed by the frontdesk Anna. She kindly explained to me in perfect English about the hotel, parking and other relevant information about the hotel & Milan. I've stayed for three days and besides Anna and also Andrea (her Manager) if there is a hotel that I would definitely recommend it is Ibis Styles Milano Centro. Not only because of the geographic location, just around the corner Buenos Aires shopping street/restaurants/subway. But most definitely because of the really kind frontdesk staff. Anna & Andrea espescially ! Anna speaks more than 4 languages but the patience, advice, tips, recommandation from Anna as well as Andrea does make the practical considerations much much easier! The room and amenities; all were good & clean. All was very good! And ofcourse if you are in a city like Milan you need to go outside, right? But having these two friendly staff members answering all your questions and more! That does make your stay much much easier. And a huge hug and thank you on behalf of Isabella to Anna. Keep up the good work Anna & Andrea + Staff! Coert & Isabella

Most of this has already been written by other contributors - don't stay here! The staff are most definitely rude, however I think perhaps they reflect the manners and attitude of the manager. He is not the slightest bit interested in his guests, or it seems, the reputation of the hotel - which a quick look over these reviews will confirm. As well as that problem, the plumbing needs maintenance (loose bathroom fittings, poor drainage, and a leaky toilet cistern) and the breakfast is very poor, doesn't even rate "average". This hotel is 2-star at best and in my opinion should be removed from the Accor group. There's the cost of a hotel vs the value for money, and this hotel is definitely NOT value for money.
