Good hotel with very polite and efficient staff. Breakfast was lovely. The location is great, 5 minutes train journey to Amsterdam Central and 10 minutes to airport.

+ Convenient to the station to get around the city. + Comfortable, pleasant room. + Good amenities and lighting inside the room. - The shower drainage was designed poorly and a lot of water flowed into the rest of the bathroom. - We found the hallways to be too dark and dimly lit. It was hard to see the slot to insert the card for electricity to come on in the room since barely any light entered the room.

Just returned from my stay here and I had the best time. The hotel was comfortable, clean and in a convenient location from getting around Amsterdam as it’s very close to the station. The staff were so helpful they really went the extra mile to make me feel welcome and catered for. I want to give a special thank you to Mohammed & the other members of the front desk team who helped me when my flight was cancelled and managed to accommodate me at the last moment. You honestly really helped me in a very tricky situation and I’m extremely grateful. Thank you again & I’ll see you again soon 😊

Merhaba, Öncelikle merkezi istasyona yakınlığı sebebiyle yorumum iyi fakat otel özelliği diye bir şey yok. Mercure markasına yakışmayan bir otel gerçi otel mi onu da bilemedim. Resepsiyondaki arkadaşların müşteri ile alakası yok. Giriş çıkış güvenlik ve kontrol sıfır. Lobby var mı yok mu biz bilemedik! Asansorden inince sağa dönersen Mercure sola dönersen bilmem ne oteli ve güvenliksiz saçma şrkilfe aynı binada 2 otel vs vs Şehir merkezinde kaşmadığıma ve Mercure markasını tercih ettiğim için pişmanım🙏

Regarding your comment about the Mercure brand, we are happy to inform you that this year we have successfully passed an Accor inspection, so it is difficult for us to understand what you are referring to in your feedback. Mercure Sloetrdijk has a sister hotel, as you mentioned, two different brands in one building, which means that we are a Hotel cluster family. In relation to our security, we would like to inform you that although it escapes the attention of our guests, our team makes security rounds of our Hotel checking that everything is in order. Rest assured that we will take the necessary actions so that our team can provide the necessary information so that our guests know where they are, who we are and what we do. as well as providing the positive vibe that all our guests should feel!
