Extremely well located in the city center, you enter in a warm and cosy hotel. I appreciated a lot that it was quiet, really well cleaned and with a lovely staff! The room was spacious, comfortable and the mini bar is included in the price. I also enjoyed the breakfast, particularly the local pastries which are highlighted by the hotel with a sign "local". I find this to be a great initiative! I would like to mention Valentina, the front office manager, who has been of a great help for my booking, thank you very much Valentina!

A little gem in the centre of Florence A warm smiley welcome, a beautiful spotlessly clean room and an awesome breakfast with local ingredients Front office staff is always there to meet your needs and exceed to my opinion The one and only place to stay in Florence!!

Arrived late at night and got a huge help from Sonja. Best receptionist i’ve ever met, extremely friendly with our check in and helped us with reservations at local restaurants. Another shout out to Sonja.

Let’s start with the reservation process. I received an email confirmation regarding my upcoming stay. I sent an email to the hotel inquiring where to park my rental car. Much to my delight the hotel returned my email question. The hotel’s email contained detailed directions about which streets I should take to get to the hotel, and the parking garage/car-park. This was extremely helpful. Upon check-in, we were greeted by a warm and friendly staff. Checking was fast and efficient. We were told about breakfast times and location. The staff informed us that if we gave them an hour's notice the next day, the car would be delivered to the hotel. This was an excellent service. The streets are very difficult to drive on in the area around the hotel. The hotel is quiet, and the rooms are well-appointed. The breakfast contained a nice selection of hot food items to choose from. A large selection of rolls, bread, cold-cut meats, fruit, and cheeses were available. The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance from most places that you will want to see. Our room had a balcony. Worth the upgrade.

We were only here for one night but it was the perfect hotel for a day of walking and exploring the city and then grabbing a cab for an early morning flight. Staff was super helpful and attentive and the price was reasonable. Just what we needed.
