This is one of the best stay I had in the recent quarter… Rooms are clean and staff is very friendly and helpful anytime you ring. Total hotel ambiance is great and feel so good… Morning flute session is so refreshing… Staff mainly Kaushik, Alisha and Mamtha have treated very well… Thanks to them Looking forward to stay soon again

Visited the Grand Mercure at Gopalan Mall on April 12th,from the starting step in to the stepping out everything was very good. The check-in process was hassle free and the room was allotted near the elevater which was very helpful and the buffet at La Utsav was delicious and appetising,the rooms were good and spacious. Over all a great stay!!

Food was too Good Sandeep serving is too good I have tried non veg and starters it's too good and experience is awesome thank u for providing taste food I will try to visit again

Great ambience. Wide range of options in food. Great music. Especially the fish cake and mutton biryani was delicious. Desserts were over the top. Sandip & Sanjita's service was really good. Staff were very friendly and tge service was quick.

It's our first visit in restaurant which was very good experience I really appreciate the service done by Sanjita and Sandip they were really helpful and the foods are tasty and ny kids enjoyed singing with Lesly thankyou team Lautsav really appreciated
