Most welcoming stay, indeed. From the smooth check-in and check-out, we were well-assisted with our luggages by the staff, we did not need to call for assistance. 🙂 Upon entering the room, we were greeted with a lovely decor, which I learned later on, was arranged by Ms. Poca and Ms. Byron of the Housekeeping team. A cake and a handwritten greeting note for our anniversary was also very much appreciated. :) Room: Our room is spacious with complete essentials. Lovely view of the courtyard. Separate shower and toilet. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, which is very important for us. No issues whatsoever. Our room is clean, hot and cold showers working well. Breakfast: Wow. I think this is the best breakfast buffet I had so far. The variety of the food, amazing! I also loved their fruit and bread selection. 🙂 La Piscine Pool: We went for an early swim. Very nice indoor pool with a few basketball hoops you can play with. There’s also a lot of shower rooms available. Mercure is the only hotel in Ba Na Hills and the price is worth it. I recommend staying a night or two just for Ba Na Hills, especially for those with kids. Day trip is not enough to explore the entirety of the place, let alone a group tour. It looks magical especially at night. You also get the chance to enjoy the Golden Bridge earlier than those coming from a day trip and believe me, they come in by bulk and it’s difficult to take pictures with a lot of people. The place is like any other. And the hotel lives up to the expectations. If you are not pressed for time, this booking is a must. ❤️ Take note, the only way to Ba Na Hills and this hotel is via cable car, and the ticket price is separate. Checkout is early at 10:30am, but you can leave your things at the lobby to explore Ba Na Hills more. Overall, our stay here is awesome. Highly recommended. Special mention to guest experience supervisor Hannah, we appreciate the smooth checkout and the thank you email. I think one of the best features of this hotel is their amazing staff. :)

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, the room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and attractions. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet each morning. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area

The Highlight of Our Vietnam Trip

One of the highlights of our Vietnam travel. The place was so magical specially at night when all the buildings are illuminated with lights. Only drawdown was the aircon at night wherein the temperature gets a little bit hot and you cannot control it to make the room cooler. The room temperature and that one mosquito made our sleep difficult. We might have left the window open while we were roaming around that's why the mosquito entered the room. The food was delicious with many choices for breakfast and dinner (we availed their buffet). It was sad that the alpine coaster wasn't available at that time since we are really looking forward to that ride. The staff specially the bellman, Mr. Thierry was very helpful in contacting the in-charge of our transfer from the hotel to Hoi-an after our check out. He even drove us to the meeting place so that we won't be left behind by the van. Despite the drawbacks, I would still come back to this place and spend longer nights to fully experience the whole place.

Amazing food, service and stay

Our first time visiting Ba Na hills, we were so impressed with our room it was beautiful they even added a little treat as we were celebrating a birthday. We went for dinner in L’etableu a la carte option. We had the duck and truffle salad and the steak it was absolutely amazing. Helen was our waitress and she was so helpful, she recommended the dishes we had. Spent some time chatting with us giving us some recommendations for the rest of our travels. Big thanks to the chefs Rice,Sam,Euro(KC). A wonderful experience overall

Disappointing

My family stayed for 2 nights and were disappointed by the experience. The air conditioning was completely ineffective in our room or in virtually any of the buildings on the mountain, which made trying to cool down or sleep comfortably very difficult. It was also noisy, music blared in the streets until quite late at night, making it impossible to escape the sound even in your hotel room. Unfortunately these aspects outweighed any positives like the long cable car ride and the lovely views.
