The location of the hotel is great. Next to Royal mile. Breakfast buffet was very nice and the staff was very friendly, especially Anna. We had dinner as well and it was very good, Katerina (our waitress) was very helpful. The reception staff was also very helpful, especially Myrto. She helped us book our trips and also gave us a lot of useful information. She made our holidays a lot better with her overall assistance.

Fab hotel next to the Festival Theatre

Great location if you are attending the Festival Theatre. Room clean and tidy, although could do with a little TLC. Good selection of hot and cold food at a buffet breakfast . Not anything to do with the hotel but we had a group of French tourists next to us that thought it would be acceptable to have a conversation outside our room at 7.30am for at least 20mins. People should be mindful of others sleeping! This could have been done over breakfast!!

Best location for who wants to visit Edinburgh, close to the rail station. As special thanks for Housekeeping team, our room has been incredible clean during our stay. Really great option also for visiting princess avenue. A market close to the hotel.

First off the staff couldn’t have been any more helpful and polite, the hotel is well positioned, rooms had everything you need I also read about the noise but nothing heard during the 2 night stay we had. We also used the restaurant and the food was very good with a bit of live music playing so we had a very nice little break and would recommend this hotel if you visit Edinburgh

The room was large and had plenty of room for everything. The view was excellent with a large window. The bed was a bit of an issue. It was merely a futon with a mattress pad. It was very uncomfortable. I wasn't a fan of the bathroom pod, but it was completely functional. My main gripe was the uncomfortable bed. Otherwise, the staff were friendly, and the accommodations were great. It was a great value in a fantastic location. Would stay here again.
