Having visited Bali many times in the past, this was my first time staying at the Mercure in Legian. It was definitely a good choice with lots of positives: - great, central location. Walkable to Kuta, Legian, Seminyak - lots of restaurants nearby - beautiful, clean rooms - great customer service - delicious full buffet breakfast We stayed in a plunge pool room which was definitely worth it as we could swim at midnight after exploring all day, whereas the hotel pools closed at 8pm each night. The pool room also has more space than a standard room so you'll also have a lounge and table to use. The customer service here was amazing and no ask was too hard. I highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting Bali

Look nice, good service Will come back again next time The location is great, breakfast is very nice and a lot of variances, room is nice and tidy, very good, you can sleep very well and fast response customer service, will definitely come back again soon…..:::

Really enjoyed this hotel. I chose it because it close to lots of good shopping and restaurants and I wasn’t disappointed. The staff were excellent. The rooms were large, spotlessly clean and with all the necessary amenities. The restaurant had a good selection for breakfast and the evening meals were good and realistically priced. Room service was efficient and the menu catered to all tastes.

Fifth stay since this hotel opened we missed a couple of years during CoVid however catching up on our 6Monthly Bali trips now. As always everything was excellent.all staff efficient and friendly .wevhad all meals in the hotel resteraunt and found all menu items suited our needs..hotel is well placed for walking about Kuwaiti and Legian.room was clean all amenities excellent..recommend arranging airport pick up by hotel same cost as taxi and so nice to be collected.thank you for another lovely stay see you in September
