First night at the mercure

Down here for work sadly… however Had a great first night at the hotel! A few issues during the night due to guests setting off fire alarms, however the staff were brilliant with the situation! The waiting staff and food were brilliant, Tom the bar man was very accommodating over the evening and kept us happy.

Bit of drama last night but woke up to a right turn around. Tom sorted everything out and made us feel relaxed.top man Very nice guy and very helpful acted calm and composed in a situation last night and dealt with it no problems. Top guy Big shoutout to Tom

Great food in the restaurant. Room very clean. Staff very friendly. Friendly reception on arrival. Finn in the restaurant was very attentive as we're all the staff

We where very happy with our stay at Mercure Tunbridge Wells staff all very helpful just to mention some names Victoria at reception very bubbly and made us feel at home as soon as we've checked in , breakfast chef Linda no problems with any requests we had and also house keeping Roma And Lily And Kim super girls we definately stay again restaurant staff very accomodating .The room 122 could be looked at ,furniture all chipped and carpet broken, something you dont espect in a 4 stars hotel

The hotel was very good and tidy overall all staff had very good customer service skills .tom was extremely helpful all round and very quick with service . Tom is a credit to the hotel . Tim from the restaurant was also very helpful and carterd for all needs
