Wonderful experience again. Our second visit to this resort. We arrived earlier and greeted by hotel staff. They were all wonderful, helpful with warm hospitality. Staff Nina we met was exceptionally nice. She offered us early check-in and late check-out. Wherever we met her, she showed her impeccable hospitality. At the breakfast time, she kept offering us good coffee/tea. This hotel has a spectacular view of the mountains. The Higher Room Restaurant is by the swimming pool and stunning view. Food in both in-house restaurants offer delicious food. Certainly, we do look forward to revisiting this resort in the near future

Wonderful resort

It's a beautiful hotel, even during Thailand's hot season. It's not far from the city center, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are very comfortable, and all amenities are provided. The breakfast options are varied, and our daughter really likes this place, Every staff member takes good care of us. Definitely back to stay again.

What a beautiful relaxing Hotel. It is 30 minutes out of the city, which is what we Loved. If you want the busy city, keep the remoteness in mind as you can’t walk anywhere. The hotel is spaced out, so you don’t feel crowded even when the Hotel is full. Keep in mind that the restaurant by the swimming pool is only open until 5:30 pm. The variety at this restaurant for breakfast is more than enough beautiful fresh food. The infinity swimming pool is refreshingly cool in the heat, and views are unsurpassed. The staff could not do enough to help in anyway, looking for recommendations for Dentist for us. We found a good taxi driver to take us to the Elephant park and to Dentist etc, but otherwise the Hotel shuttle will drop off and pick you up in town. We definitely recommend this Hotel if you want somewhere to reset and recharge.

Great stay for peaceful vacay

We stayed at the Veranda for 3 nights and our experience has been one of the most beautiful ever. We are pure vegetarian with allergies to certain diet. The resort duty managers made sure to provide us with vegetarian food as well as plates of mangoes even though it isn't a proper season of mangoes. At night also. On request room service was available. Peaceful place. Great location. Amazing people. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Quite and nice view. The Higher Room has wonderful infinite pool by the side and has a very perfect angle of a white pagoda nearby. However the resort is a little bit far from the city, and the shuttle bus is less than expected. 酒店很安静，风景优美。餐厅边上就是无边泳池，风景绝伦，而且是一个非常好拍摄白塔的位置（白天夜间都好看）。美中不足就是酒店距离市区较远，约18km，而且酒店提供的班车一天只有六趟（三趟去市区，三趟返回酒店，到达及离开日还不得乘坐）。
