It was a great Hotel! Near MBK and BTS to access to different areas. No staff in particular I remember but the Duty Manager that assisted me is nice with their staffs! Will prefer this room once again for its location and good quality rooms! Great valie for money!

This hotel has a pretty Good view to see the night of Bangkok and the transport is easy because it is close to BTS national stadium Station. NON, THE RECEPTIONS,SHE IS PRETTY NICE AND OTHER RECEPTION provide good service MY WIFE AND ME RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR ALL OF YOU

In short uninhabitable and food inedible

The breakfast. 8th floor. First two days I ordered the buffet. What a mish mash of horrible options. Dry pastries. Undercooked potatoes. You name it. Twice eggs were undercooked. Despite constant and written requests for well done. Third time I went into this horror hall. I mistakenly ordered the eggs Benedict. To write well done they arrived they were undercooked. On soggy white rolls with can’t chew mushroom and tasteless salad mix. Disgusting. The “sauce” or hollandaise was vinegar. Asked for toast because I couldn’t eat the food. Took 20 minutes to arrive. The place generally is over priced with incompetent staff. The so called f&b managedr should be fired immediately. The property rooms are Claustrophobic and without charm or generosity. Lobby computers don’t work. It’s uninhabitable. Going elsewhere suggest you do the same.

Miss non wonsen This is our first family trip with our son and She was Very helpful and nice and polite. And then this is our third time to stay at mercure siam. We are really enjoy to spend our moment in here. And we are going to create more happy memory this time
