Bed was comfortable , rooms are small but have everything you want. Shower was also good in a very compact bathroom. Colour schemes in the hallways & rooms a not the best. Bar shut very early which was disappointing after such long drive

The building and rooms are rather shabby and a bit gloomy and small. Rather a stretch to put this into the STYLES category of ibis hotels. Nice staff trying their best though. The location is very central for Bourg which was great. Remember the strict French rules of eating and drinking though - NO LUNCH AFTER 2 pm.

We stayed at the Ibis Styles, Bourg en Bresse, on a cold, foggy night. The hotel suggested a convenient parking area with a charger for our electric car, and also suggested a fine restaurant (very near-by) for dinner. A friendly welcome, and a comfortable night.

Overall a disappointment but reasonable value for money in the £60-£70 range. Some good points - they had a full satellite TV package with Bein sports. Only one channel in English though. Shower was very powerful and the WiFi reception strong. My room was pre assigned, so as silver member of Accor I was given a room looking at a brick wall and flat roof. My key card had a little sticker on it saying 1 drink only - so yet again my wife gets the free drink and Accor look like the nickle and dimers! Breakfast was poor quality, yet the water is Evian and there is freshly squeezed orange juice. Didn't understand the economics there? Rooms are tiny. Bathroom like a stasis pod on the Nostromo. Staff not welcoming and I had to be told where the free parking was (at the back). If you park out front you will be ticketed after 9am. Am back in Bourg shortly and readily passed over the Styles for the Jesseron Ibis just outside the city.

Hotel close to the town centre and cathedral. Insufficient parking. Poor service for late arrivals. I managed to sneak in behind some other guests then find my key at the desk. I am not sure what I would have done if I had been really late. The reception desk closes at 9 pm on Sunday . Breakfast good and helpful, friendly staff around in the morning.
