The attention of the receptionist Lariza was exceptional, she was very friendly and clear.She informed me about all the hotel services. Rooms are very clean and very comfortables. Recommended to visit in family.

Made a last minute booking and Angelyna at the front desk was a legend to make things work out for us. She went above and beyond to make it happen which we really appreciated. Our stay was amazing and I highly recommend it, she even managed to get us a great view which wasn’t expected as the holidays are right around the corner.

Breakfast was amazing. Great variety and the concierge I believe his name was Matthew was nice and welcoming. Down here on a business trip, the hotel was a recommendation so we gave it a shot and we made no mistake nice place!

Staying at Ibis has been a wonderful experience overall. It’s a pretty hip place to stay in a safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants nearby. I love their on-site restaurant, which serves a variety of freshly cooked delicious food for dinner buffet. The rooms are clean and come equipped with a mini refrigerator. But most importantly, the staff here has been very helpful, especially Angelyna and Gabrielle. Sorry I don’t remember everyone’s names, but the staff at the desk has been professional and nice, including the newest staff member and Matheus in IT.

Welcomed by a very helpful Angelyna. Everything in the room is as you need it (comfy bed, nice shower, clean). A higher floor may be quieter in the evening though and the food in the cafeteria (dinner especially) coıld improve. Overall good for the price.
