Great hotel, with great rooms and view over the city. Nice breakfast choice. Super close to Eurostar so perfect when you come by train from London or Paris or Amsterdam. Direct access so you don't need to go outside when the whether is not good

Lovely hotel in a unsavoury area

Hotel lovely but area is not! It is convent for the train station but the streets around the hotel are unpleasant, dirty and full of characters. We did find some nice restaurants but the walk home after dinner felt unsafe at times. It is located a 20min walk from the centre and the walk is through streets which are not particularly touristy. They are full of construction works and it is not a scenic walk! I would have preferred to have stayed in the centre which is way nicer. The hotel is modern and clean and the decorated the room for our anniversary. Breakfast was ideal. However the rooms were hot and stuffy with no way of regulating the temperature. All in all it was a functional stay but I would not recommend or return.

Highly recommend - great location - excellent , friendly service - modern, clean and comfortable.

We received a very warm and friendly welcome and excellent service throughout our stay from every member of staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is modern and the location is great, right next to the Brussels Eurostar station and surprisingly quiet. We used this as our base to travel to Lille, Brugge and Ghent by train. The bedroom was spacious, comfortable and clean and had a large wall mounted tv. The breakfast is well worth paying for. There’s a good selection of cold and hot cooked food. Thank you for a super stay and especially for the card and chocolates for my partners birthday- a really lovely thought.

Conveniently located within the Brussels midi station, the hotel offers great convenience and accessibility to Brussels. The room is modern and has most amenities that travellers will require. Despite being a branded accommodation, it was shocking to know that the water supply was disrupted and created some inconvenience.

Miserable front desk staff!

Rooms are quite dirty. Beds uncomfortable. Ashley on the front desk was probably the most unhelpful person I've experienced in 15 years of travelling for work. It was as if she was being forced to work! So rude and sarcastic when asking about simple directions to areas and said 'maybe check your phone' instead of helping me. Easy proximity to train station but im sure there are better options that are just as close. Maybe if front desk staff had been helpful it would have made it more enjoyable. Bad experience!
