Location and room 10/10. Hotel right beside platinum mall. During check in, didn’t even feel welcomed by the front desk agent who I felt was irritated by helping me check in. Concierge was amazing. Breakfast had good variety and was very delicious.

During my stay at the hotel, I had a pleasant experience. The hotel was conveniently located near markets, shopping centers, and gardens. The room cleanliness was excellent, and I appreciated the attentive and friendly service provided by the staff. They were prompt and always wore a smile, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel is suitable for children with a play area near the reception. Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam is always our first choice whenever we visit Bangkok for a holiday. The location is incredibly convenient, the hotel is lovely, and the staff are exceptionally friendly. A special thank you to Ice for making our experience even more memorable. Although we were unaware that we were at a priority counter reserved for certain members, Ice helped us check in promptly and with a warm smile. Such helpfulness and friendliness make a significant difference to our stay. Highly recommended!
