As the extremely senior member of my Sons Stag trip I had the most amazing week end. Each and everyone of the Ibis team toghether with a wonderful and amazing facility played a huge part in ensuring I will be returning Nicola,Kuhv,Stuart 👍👍

Great hotel! Comfortable modern clean room. Fab bar area with great pizzas! Lovely help yourself hot & cold breakfast with fabulous coffee. And the staff are amazing! So Friendly & nothing is too much trouble. As a woman travelling alone I felt safe & comfortable at all times. I will definitely be back! Thankyou for a great stay.

Lovely improvement since the refurb!

I gave this hotel a second try, having stayed here a few years back pre-renovation. The refurb is great - fresh rooms and a very generous breakfast, with new aircon in each bedroom a major improvement over the old ibis systems that left you either too hot or cold! Staff generally nice enough - some details could be improved on stocking breakfast and bar a bit overpriced still, but as far as things go this is much better than it used to be!

Strong recommendation for short stays

Was searching for an economical hotel in Belfast. There are two Ibis locations. One has horrible reviews so we did not stay there. This location had decent reviews and we will leave a very good review. The hotel is a simple location with basic rooms that are quite comfortable. The bar is convenient with decent late nite pizza. Short walk to downtown shopping and pubs. The area is a little sketchy but we did not have any problems. Parking garage is close by. Check-in process was new for us. No “front desk” per se. online check-in and there was an employee set up with a laptop that helped with check-in and was very helpful with our questions.

Dave is the man !! He was professional all night. Took care of my friends. And made us all feel comfortable. One of our friends got injured but he phoned a taxi and that was all accounted for. Made Belfast feel like Belfast. And for that - I thank him.
