Good place, friendly staff especially Pearry at DL, she is very attentive and remembers what's our drink and recommended many interesting places for us to visit and shopping. She makes us very comfortable and feels at home, Good local Thai food.

Good location, outside BTS station. Friendly staff. Wifi not working in room, so got moved to another room after they failed to fix. Sauna, pool and gym clean and useable. Bowwie was exceptional, helpful and professional at all times - thank you.

I really liked the hotel, good location, clean, friendly staff. I would particularly like to highlight the service in the Beer Garden, so Poupae if you're reading this, stay as you are and of course the same goes for the whole team. I'll definitely be back.

Have stayed at the hotel before. A great location and staff are excellent. Outside bar with live music is superb. I must pay a special tribute and a big thank you to a member named Poupae. She has a beautiful smile, provides excellent service and very efficient Hotel in perfect location and right next door to BTS. Rooms are very clean

very friendly staff. location was very close to BTS which made things easier. The room was great. Amenities were well provided. Bathroom was a good size and the hit shower was good too. The rain shower was kind of a letdown. The water pressure was spread all around in thin layers. The shower cubicle had a clear screen that can be seen from the bedroom. There is a button to activate the Privacy Screen. However, it did not provide enough privacy. Your shadow and silhouette can be clearly seen too. If you need the privacy in the shower, you need to switch the bathroom lights off. TV channels were not impressive. Not much variety. It is dampened by grainy picture quality. TV was also small screen and has no bluetooth,mirrorcast function from your smartphone. There was no 'Do Not Disturb' tag in the room which made it kind of inconvenience to answer the knock of housekeeping. Something they need to ensure that the tag us available. Other than that, pretty much a nice place.
