Nice hotel, good location

We were quite happy with the hotel. The location is excellent, we mostly walked, but the tram was also easily available. The room was large enough and the kitchenette was fine, because we liked to have breakfast in the room. What we missed were a small sink in the toilet and a coat rack by the door. The service was also quite ok.

Her ne kadar otelin konumu, otelin genel temizliği ve odanın büyüklüğü bir aile için ideal olsa da oda sıcaklığını üstelik bizim gibi bebekli aileler için 22 derecede kısıtlamış olmak oldukça gereksiz olmuş. Bunu çevresel faktörlerle yaptığınızı belirtmeniz güzel olsa da, beni tatmin etmedi, otelin rezervasyonunu yaparken oda sıcaklığına karıştığınızı bilseydim muhtemelen yapmamış olurdum. Bilginize

We stayed here for 5 nights and returned yesterday. The hotel is in a great location and easy to get too from the airport (Tram A right outside the airport and get off at Mariadeck) the room was lovely and spacious and had everything we needed. Totally chilled stay and will definitely stay again when we return. I used the fitness room once it was small but adequate for a cardio workout, no weights though and one lift was out of service the duration of our stay, we didn’t think it was a big problem though to be honest. English speaking staff on reception were great too. Definitely recommend

my husband and I were unable to use the first two of 4 fully prepaid nights because of the flight and airport disruption due to a bomb scare in Basel on October 19. The next flight the airline rebooked us on was only on October 21. We spent the nights of October 19 and 20 in Basel. I contacted Aparthotel Adagio Bordeaux Center Gambetta right away on October 19 at 20:38 and asked to not charge us for the first two nights. The property responded that «Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your booking ». And all my subsequent requests for a refund were denied.

Dear Madam, We are sorry for the inconveniences you encountered. We cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of your flight, it is up to your travel insurance to do the necessary. The conditions of sale are well specified on booking : "The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel after reservation". Good apartment both for business and pleasure stays

Good and clean apartment with kitchen provided. I stayed in apartment 505 and with the exception of a todler from the apartment opposite me, sometimes running in the corridors, it was quiet. Very central location with public transport and shopping mall nearby. And also within walking distance from the old city and the river (fifteen to twenty minutes). The room is only serviced once a week (extra service at a charge), but this is standard at Adagio. Excellent bed and reliable WiFi. Friendly staff at reception, where you can get things like toilet paper or clean towels. No bar, but vending machines are available. The only minor point of criticism is that during a five night stay, only one of the elevators was working, leading to waiting times up to five to ten minutes. The other elevator was out of order and not fixed during my stay. But, overall value for the price paid (around €85) a night.
