Konum guzeldi ve otel temizdi. Gunluk 100 euro depozito isteniyor ayrica. Bu habersizce gidenleri zorlayabilir. Bu konuda memnun kalmadim. Resepsiyondaki sarisin bir kiz vardi cok sert. Sarisin kiza musteri davranislari konusunda egitim verilmeli. Esmer olan kiz ve diger personeller cok iyiydi.

The hotel location is extraordinary, in front of the river and at a perfect walking distance to the touristic center and st Stephen’s cathedral. Staff is welcoming and helpful, rooms are spacious and very comfortable, there is no noise at all in the room, the shower pressure was super good, internet was working perfectly… add to that the super minimalistic decor of the hotel and you have an amazing combination for a good stay

I enjoyed my stay here. The people are very friendly and always have a smile on their face and willing to help. Very polite and competent. The hotel is very modern with big rooms. The rooms are designed really well with shower, toilet, tub, closets,….are designed properly. My room was on the 15th floor thus very quiet with a nice view of the city. The bar on the 18th is great and gives a panoramic view of the city day or night. All in all, it is a wonderful hotel and I would not hesitate to stay here again. The only negative thing I would say is that it doesn’t have a pool. It has jacuzzi that one can relax in. Also, it has a spa. But I didn’t use the spa, so I cannot make a comment about it.

Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü, kahvaltı güzeldi. Temiz bir otel. Sakin bir bölgede ve her yere ulaşım imkanı vardı. Yine gitsem bu otelde kalırdım.
