Let down unfortunately

Stayed here once again for 1 night before a flight early in the morning and once again had an issue with sleeping due to the mattresses this hotel uses, guess it depends what you are used to but for the many years I've used this hotel now I've never been able to sleep through fully. Also what doesn't help this time is when we had food that night I had the curry of the week which if I remember was a Lamb Pasanda?? Well it was runny as anything and there was to long of a wait between serving all of us. For this reason this may finally push me to stay someone else in future

Quick and easy check in and spacious room. The room has everything you need for one night. The good stuff stops there unfortunately: there was wee on the toilet seat (pictures attached), the tap was leaking over the countertops, a hair on the pillow and nails protruding from the sides of the wooden counters.

Basic hotel but perfect for staying the night before an early flight after doing a bag drop. Friendly and helpful staff especially in the restaurant. The curry of the week was recommended by our friendly server Harman after we asked him what was available. Thank you Harman for your great customer service. A great touch was the tea/coffee station on the first floor which was advertised in our room. Very welcome at 4.30am before we walked over to the airport. Thank you!👏

Brilliant service fabulous food really nice room . Cannot fault hotel at all very close to airport, staff very friendly cannot do enough for you . I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning………………………………………..

Great to stay before flight we parked in the multistorey carpark opposite the hotel and the terminal is just across the road perfect also the room is basic but clean we ate in the restaurant which offers a good choice and very good will definitely recommend
