All staff very nice the house keeper very kindness .hotel is at good location.from my check in to till now she efforts so much try to make my stay more comfortable and enjoyable.she is definitely doing good work on his job .Room cleaning is good. She makes some art from the towels .😊

Very friendly staff, clean room and they made me feel very welcome. Thank you Pooja for the nice surprise for my birthday! I am sure to come back for my next stay in Gurgaon. Dinner choices at the hotel are excellent and very tasteful. Perfect after a long day at work.

Hii lokanath this side I am staying in room no.123 .Room is good .Room is very neat and clean. Miss Pooja is the floor attendant .Check- in done very smoothly . Restaurants breakfast is also very nice .hotel in a good location nearby the metro station. 🙂

Hotel IBIS offers a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The staff provides excellent service with a smile. The comfortable rooms ensure a restful stay, complete with modern amenities. Pooja did a great job with maintaining the cleanliness standard well!!
