Prime Location for Adventure

Our recent stay at Novotel proved mostly convenient given its strategic location 15-20 minutes from the airport—ideal for our itinerary, which included trips to Disneyland and Macau. Despite our delayed arrival at 11:55 PM and missing the last shuttle which stopped at 11:40 PM, the 10-minute Uber ride from the airport was swift. As an Accor Diamond Member, we were accommodated on the 21st floor, one of the premier floors. The Standard King Bedroom felt spacious with a refreshing river, highway, and airport view. Notably, the room was surprisingly quiet despite its proximity to the road. However, international travelers should note the need for a Hong Kong power adapter. The lounge offerings were modest, with operational hours from 10 AM to 7:30 PM, shorter than those at Sofitel and Fairmont. The selection included sandwiches, salads, ice cream, fruits, and various drinks. While breakfast variety was lacking—offering the same dishes each day—the room itself, the hotel's direct connection to Citygate Mall, and proximity to transport links made up for these minor drawbacks. In summary, our stay at Novotel was positive, making it a likely choice for future visits, especially due to its location and the benefits of Accor membership.

Excellent stay. Neat rooms. MTR station and Ngong Ping are walking distance away. In fact the hotel is inside citygate mall, which also has a MTR station. Very close to airport (15 mins travel). They also have To and Fro free airport shuttles running every 20 mins. They provide ample complimentary water bottles upon request. They have a bath tub in the bathrooms. I didn't try their buffet meals, but there are ample vegetarian food options at citygate mall. They should have water kettles to heat water though. Note: There are no water jetspray in toilets. This is the case anywhere in hong kong, not only this hotel. So be prepared to use tissues in washrooms during your stay in HK.

This is one of the best hotel i have ever visited. Service was impeccable, i was greeted by the front office staff Jason. The check in was smooth and we went up to the room and the bed was soft, toilet was clean. Thank you to our room attendant SIAN that service our room daily.

Not worth the price. Hotel is totally worn out.

This hotel is super worn out. Totally not worth the price. We paid HKD $1100 a night, stayed for 2 nights in total. The carpet is old, the floor tiles were damaged, the bathtub was very dirty. The whole room including bathroom was not bright, not enough lightings. The bed was also not comfortable. The AC is very noisy..... Not a good stay. The only good thing is that is very close to airport (with shuttle) and attached to the outlet mall.

A nice hotel that is linked to the adjacent shopping mall. Only minutes away on the courtesy bus from the airport. Nice decent sized room and bathroom with walk in shower. Gym was good and swimming pool too. Would use this hotel again with a transit in Hong Kong.
